WHO PICKS YOUR SPIRITS?
We strive to provide you with a range that is curated by those in the know, who can be trusted to share their ‘top picks’ of spirits that are what they perceive to be prime examples of each of their respective categories and styles. Each of our product listings are accompanied by which Spirits Guide has selected the spirit and their personal insights on each spirit and why they have selected them.
Our spirits are curated by spirits experts ranging from bar owners and bartenders to drinks writers, bloggers, judges and consultants. We have nicknamed them our Spirits Guides and you can find out more about each of them via each product listing and via the ‘Meet Our Spirits Guides' page to find out more about them. You can access this by selecting ‘About Us’ from the drop down menu and choosing ‘Meet Our Spirits Guides’.

If you’re looking for more help or inspiration, the Spirits Compass is a Q&A that takes less than two minutes to complete and will produce a suggested spirit, glassware and barware that we hope will help matchmake you to the best combination for either yourself or your loved ones.
HOW CAN I FIND MORE HELP AND ADVICE ON WHICH SPIRIT, BARWARE OR DRINKWARE TO PICK?

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
- Click add to cart
- Go to your cart
- Enter your free gift message, no longer than 80 characters, into the gift message box
- Click place your order
- Enter a discount code if you have been given one
- Update your shipping details
- Choose your preferred payment method and enter your payment details
REDEEMING DISCOUNT CODES
In order to redeem a discount code, please type it into the gift card or discount code box during checkout and click apply. This code cannot be added to your order during the checkout after this point.
Please note that only one discount code can be used per order. Additional conditions may apply so please read the terms and conditions of supply page for more information.
HOW DO I ADD A GIFT MESSAGE?
You will be given the option to ‘Add Gift Message’ during the checkout process. Simply type your message into the box, ensuring it is no longer than 25 words long.
HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

- Choose denomination
- Click add to cart
- Go to your cart
- Unfortunately we are unable to offer gift notes with gift cards
- Click place your order
- Update your shipping details
- Choose your preferred payment method and enter your payment details
WHAT INFORMATION IS INCLUDED WITH THE FREE TASTING AND CARD THAT COMES WITH MY ORDER?
We are continuously striving to make spirits and cocktails easier to understand, that’s why we send a complimentary tasting and recipe card with each and every bottle selection. On this card you will receive information on which of our Spirits Guides have selected it for you, why they chose it and their key tasting notes, suggested serves and food pairings. We have also included a short overview on the brand behind the bottle.
HOW DO I CREATE A BESPOKE GIFT BOX SELECTION?
On any spirit category or product page, you will have the choice to build a box. When you choose to build a box, you will enter a guided process that will allow you to add a spirit and drinkware, barware or both to a gift box.
HOW MUCH DOES YOUR GIFT BOX COST AND WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Each fully recyclable gift box costs £5.99 and includes:
- A branded gift box complete with dividers and colourful interior packaging and an outer delivery box to keep the gift box safe inside.
- A complimentary tasting notes and recipe card
- A Drinks Distilled coaster that can be customised with your own gift note, free of charge
WHAT ARE PRE-MADE BUNDLES?
Organised according to price, our pre-made bundles are made for those in a hurry, have a set budget in mind or who may be a little on the indecisive side. We have lovingly curated some kits that we hope you and your loved ones will enjoy.

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT DO I DO?
You can sign up to be notified when the item in question is going to be restocked, or if you are in a hurry please contact hello@drinksdistilled.com and we can endeavour to let you know an estimated time for when the item will be restocked.
Please note that with vintage drink and barware many of the pieces are in limited supply so we will make it clear if they are not going to be restocked or they will be removed from the website.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment for your order can be made using credit or debit card or Paypal, by using our automated online checkout service. Please head to our terms and conditions page for more information.
When utilising Paypal, please note you will be required to lo into your PayPal account and will be returned to the Drinks Distilled website to complete checkout, once the payment has been confirmed.
