You will find details of your order via the email you receive following placing your order. We are striving to cut down on the amount of paper waste we produce as a company and therefore you will not receive a printed invoice with your order.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland), using Royal Mail.
Here are our delivery charges and estimated delivery times (includes tracking):

Express Delivery (1-2 days): £7.99
Standard delivery (2-3 days): £4.99
Gift boxes
Express Delivery (1-2 days): £8.99
Standard delivery (2-3 days): £5.99
Please note, owing to the fact we are a small business - orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered from the following Tuesday.
TRACKING
You will receive automated emails and text updates from Royal Mail regarding your order and can check on your order by entering your order reference number (provided in your order confirmation email, following check out) into the Royal Mail track your item page: www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
HOW WILL MY ORDER COME PACKAGED AND IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?
Each standard order will arrive wrapped and boxed securely to ensure your item/s arrive in one piece. Drinks Distilled is environmentally conscious and strives to make our packaging as green as possible. All of our boxes, gift notes, tasting cards and bubble wrap are made from recyclable paper and cardboard.
Please note, larger orders may arrive in more than one box.
HOW MUCH DOES YOUR GIFT BOX COST AND WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Each fully recyclable gift box costs £5.99 and includes:
- A branded gift box complete with dividers and colourful interior packaging and an outer delivery box to keep the gift box safe inside.
- A complimentary tasting notes and recipe card
- A Drinks Distilled coaster that can be customised with your own gift note, free of charge
DAMAGED & WRONG GOODS
DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel is damaged or shows signs of leakage at the time of delivery, please alert us to the issue at hello@drinksdistilled.com so that we can re-issue your order as soon as possible. We are available to assist you between Monday-Friday (9am-6pm BST).
DAMAGED GOODS
We strive to ensure that all goods are delivered in perfect condition, however if there is fault/s with your item/s, please contact us immediately with details and pictures of the issue at and we will aim to resolve any issue with them as quickly as possible.
We are available to assist you Monday-Friday (9am-6pm BST). Please retain the product and all packaging until you hear back from us.
Please also be aware:
- If you have ordered a gift box but the bottle you have selected comes with additional packaging such as a branded box, this may be packed separately within the parcel to avoid damage..
- Take care when unwrapping smaller items, which may fall out when you unravel packaging such as our cardboard bubble wrap.
- In the case of vintage drinkware or barware, please check the original image and listing presented on the site, as these will detail any imperfections that the unique pre-loved item may have picked up over the years. We cannot offer returns on items that have been accurately pictured and described.
WRONG GOODS
Please contact us straight away if you have received any incorrect items in your order at hello@drinksdistilled.com and we will organise collection and issue the correct item as soon as we can, providing it is still in stock. No compensation will be issued. We are available to assist you Monday-Friday (9am-6pm BST).
LOST GOODS
In the unlikely event that goods are misplaced on their way to you, Drinks Distilled will issue a replacement as soon as possible to you, providing your required item is not out of stock. If the item is no longer available, we will reimburse you for the full cost of the item only. No compensation will be paid. Please alert us via hello@drinksdistilled.com. We are available Monday-Friday (9am-6pm BST).
RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
We hope you are happy with your item/s, however you have the right to return or cancel your items within 14 days of purchasing.
Where alcohol is concerned, please ensure they have not been opened as any goods that have been opened or tampered with in any way will not be reimbursed or replaced.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the products to us, unless they were delivered in error, or the items arrived damaged.

You are also expected to insure your returns to us, should damages be sustained and must ensure that no other address labels are shown. Please returned your item/s to the following address, sealed and wrapped securely in their original packaging:

REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of your order being returned to us, providing the bottles remain unopened and they are in good condition.

We are currently unable to offer exchanges if there is no fault found with the item/s, please follow the instructions above in order to return your original order and place a new order.
