If you're a fan of a Bloody Mary cocktail, try this twist on the classic with Dima's Vodka. Besides the colour, the beets give the drink a really subtle sweetness. It balances with the bite from the vodka and spice from the hot sauce and horseradish perfectly.
What you need
- Dima's Vodka
- Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco
- Horseradish sauce
- Pickle brine
- Salt
- Pepper
- Beetroot juice
- Tomato juice
- Ice cubes
- Sprig of dill (optional)
- Pickle (optional)
- Highball glass
- Jigger and bar spoon
Method
- Fill your glass with ice, then add 50ml vodka, 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce, 3 dashes of Tabasco, half a teaspoon of horseradish sauce, a bar spoon of pickle brine, 20ml beetroot juice and then top with tomato juice.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper and then serve with a sprig of dill and a slice of pepper if you have them. Enjoy!
