Eleonora has worked in hospitality for 10 years and previously graced the team of the award-winning Scarfe’s Bar, before taking her position as Head Bartender at Holborn Dining Room’s Gin Bar, located in Rosewood London.

This overproof London Dry gin comes in at a powerful 52% ABV. Just 5% short of being a Navy Strength gin, it doesn’t hold back on flavour! You’ll experience a strong, juniper-driven journey from the nose to the palate, with warming notes of pine and mellow angelica. I love the tingling peppery feeling and citrus and cinnamon flavours that dance in your mouth after the first sip.

Never Never Southern Strength was, quite simply, created by bartenders to be enjoyed at any occasion that calls for a gin-based cocktail!

Its strong juniper and citrus-forward notes offers beginners the opportunity to explore more robust flavours in classics such as G&Ts and Martinis, and also make it a loyal ingredient for expert gin drinkers and bartenders to mix into more complex cocktails.

A classic Martini is the best way to enjoy such a full-bodied and juniper-forward gin, when mixed with a touch of vermouth, served very cold and straight up. Don't forget to store the bottle in the freezer if a Martini is your go-to and top it with a lemon peel, olive or pickled onion. Alternatively, it works perfectly for a G&T, using either classic or Sicilian lemon tonic water. Let the bubbles play with the juniper for a moment, then sit back, relax and enjoy it.

For your G&T or Martini, always use ice. Depending on your preference, use big or small cubes. Large ice cubes are good for stirred drinks and small ice cubes are good for shaken drinks.

Highballs and rocks glasses with large, cubed ice to give you plenty of dilution are perfect for G&Ts and Negronis, whilst Coupettes or Martini glasses and smaller ice cubes for shaking or stirring work best for Martinis.
