Madame Clément Recipe

The flavours of pineapple and lime in the Madame Clément Recipe work perfectly with Clément Blanc Rhum Agricole. 

What you need 

• Clément Blanc Rhum Agricole
• Pineapple juice
• Lime juice
• Grenadine
• Ice cubes
• Cocktail shaker and strainer
• Martini glass or Coupe glass
• Lemon zest

Method 

1. Add 60ml rum, 60ml pineapple juice, 30ml lime juice and 1 dash of grenadine to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice cubes and shake.
   
   
2. Strain into a Martini or Coupe glass without ice.
   
   
3. Squeeze the lemon peel over the cocktail to express the oils and use as a garnish.
