Madame Clément Recipe

The flavours of pineapple and lime in the Madame Clément Recipe work perfectly with Clément Blanc Rhum Agricole.

What you need

Clément Blanc Rhum Agricole
Pineapple juice
Lime juice
Grenadine
Ice cubes
Cocktail shaker and strainer
Martini glass or Coupe glass
Lemon zest

Method

Add 60ml rum, 60ml pineapple juice, 30ml lime juice and 1 dash of grenadine to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice cubes and shake.
Strain into a Martini or Coupe glass without ice.
Squeeze the lemon peel over the cocktail to express the oils and use as a garnish.
