Try Chairman's Reserve Spiced Rum in this deliciously refreshing twist on the Mule.
What you need
- Chairman's Reserve Spiced Rum
- Falernum (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Sprig of mint (optional)
- Ginger beer
- Lime wedge
- Highball glass
- Jigger and bar spoon
Method
- Fill a Highball glass with ice and then add 50ml rum, 20ml Falernum (if you have any) and squeeze a lime wedge over.
- Top with ginger beer, add a sprig of mint to garnish and enjoy.
