What you need
- Monkey 47 gin
- Fresh lemon juice
- Simple syrup
- Blackberries
- Crushed ice
- Rocks glass
Method
- Muddle (crush) 4 blackberries in the Rocks glass.
- Add crushed ice and build 50ml gin, 25ml lemon juice and 15ml simple syrup on top.
- Garnish with a fresh blackberry.
