What you need
- Monkey 47 gin
- Blanc or bianco vermouth
- Pickled onion brine
- Mixing glass and strainer
- Coupe glass
- Garnish: pickled onion
Method
- Stir 50ml gin, 25ml vermouth and 5ml pickled onion brine in a mixing glass.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a pickled onion.
