Corpse Reviver No. 2 Recipe

A complex gin, Monkey 47 is a great option to have on your shelf for cocktails. It’s in the shorter, booze-led cocktails where this gin really shines, like the Corpse Reviver No. 2. Just remember the advice from the Savoy Cocktail Book:  “Four of these taken in swift succession will unrevive the corpse again.”

What you need 

• Monkey 47 gin
• Lillet Blanc
• Orange Curaçao
• Lemon juice
• Ice
• Cocktail shaker and strainer
• Coupe glass
• Garnish: Orange disc (optional)

Method 

1. Shake 25ml gin, 25ml Lillet Blanc, 25ml Orange Curaçao and 25ml lemon juice with ice.
   
   
2. Strain into a Coupe glass.
   
   
3. Garnish with an orange disc.
