Introducing the Moderation Menu
With the help of CROSSIP, we've curated a limited-edition Moderation Menu in partnership with and Seed Library Floor Manager La'Mel Clarke.
Focusing on the award-winning CROSSIP Dandy Smoke, the menu will encourage you to explore a full spectrum of no, low and reduced alcohol serves, inspired by Seed Library's sustainable and seasonal approach to cocktail creation.
What's more, guests who've booked the cocktail experience will be treated to a complimentary Drinks Distilled tote bag containing the ingredients and recipe cards to recreate the cocktails at home. They'll also get exclusive 15% discount codes for Drinks Distilled and Seed Library!

THE SURPLUS COBBLER KIT
To celebrate the collaboration, we've created a cocktail gift set based around one of La'Mel's reduced alcohol serves, the Surplus Cobbler. Ideal for those of you who are inspired to make it a permanent part of your cocktail repertoire, can't make it to the bar, or want to treat the moderate drinkers in your life!

Our new collaboration focuses on exploring the flavour profile of CROSSIP Dandy Smoke, handpicked by Drinks Distilled Spirits Guide La'Mel Clarke who describes it as:

Seed Library is a cocktail bar by the world renowned Mr Lyan team in One Hundred Shoreditch, a hotel opened in East London in 2022. The bar specialises in ‘lo-fi, analogue’ approach to cocktails, with a frequently changing line-up of twists on classic cocktails, as well as low-intervention wine, craft beer and bar snacks from guest chefs, with a vibrant but relaxed neighbourhood atmosphere.
