Inka's Liquid Low-Down
"Everleaf Forest is an ideal non-alcoholic product for those who enjoy a spritz, as it has a lovely bitterness to it with notes of citrus and a mix of spices. This also makes it a great alternative to Italian bitters."

Everleaf Forest has more texture to it than most non-alcoholic spirit products. It provides a silky mouthfeel, and its flavour profile is reminiscent of Amaro or other Italian bitter liqueurs. Expect notes of bitter orange and winter spices. |
This is a great aperitif and perfect when served as a refreshing after work cocktail during warm summer evenings, when you want to relax and enjoy a drink that is full of flavour, but skip the influence of alcohol. |
This is a great alternative for adults who are looking to moderate their drinking, are driving, or just don’t fancy an alcoholic option but still want something nice to drink when out with friends. Also, you can now have a lunchtime drink and still be able to go back to work after! |
How to Drink
This works very well in a spritz with premium quality tonic water and a slice of orange. Alternatively, try it with a blood orange soda or within Everleaf’s range of mocktails. You can also change the flavour profile of the spritz by getting creative with the garnish. |
When creating drinks with Everleaf Forest, make sure to use plenty of ice to keep the drink nice and cold without diluting it too fast. |
Ideally you would use a white wine glass or Copa de Balon for a spritz as the size of the glass allows the ingredients to mix correctly and the stem will help to keep your hands away from the ice. Also, that's how the Italians serve it. |
As this makes an ideal aperitif drink, it pairs nicely with pre-dinner snacks such as olives, roasted vegetables, sautéed mushrooms, or beetroot crisps. It can also be served with sweet treats such as a polenta cake or an apple pie. |

About Everleaf
Everleaf drinks are non-alcoholic aperitifs, created by Paul Mathew, who spent 10 years as a conservation biologist before opening his 3 bars in London.
Paul found that by working with nature’s complexity, he was able to create non-alcoholic drinks which had the same depth of flavour, complexity and mouthfeel as alcoholic ones.
Everleaf is created from an understanding of the plants and their flavours, but also the biomes in which they‘re grown. Each variant is drawn from a different biome with only sustainably grown and cultivated botanicals used, such as sustainably sourced Madagascan vanilla, handpicked Spanish saffron and hand picked sakura from Japan.
