What you need
- Everleaf Forest
- Light tonic water
- Ice
- Garnish: slice of orange and sprig of thyme
- Jigger and bar spoon
- Copa de Balon glass
Method
- Fill a wine or Copa de Balon glass with ice cubes.
- Add 50ml Everleaf Forest and top with tonic water.
- Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice and sprig of thyme.
