What you need
- 1 ⅓ oz / 40 ml The Lost Explorer Espadín
- 1 oz / 30 ml Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge or Orange Liqueur
- 1 oz / 30 ml Beet Juice
- ⅔ oz / 20 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- ¼ oz / 10 ml Agave Syrup
- 2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
- Optional: Shaved Dark Chocolate Rim
- Jigger and bar spoon
- Coupe glass
- Cocktail shaker and strainer
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into a Coupe glass.
- If you’re feeling decadent, garnish with shaved dark chocolate.
