Lost Souls Recipe

Earthy, smoky, and complex, this cocktail features a blend of mezcal, beet juice, and chocolate bitters, with a subtle sweetness from agave syrup.

What you need 

• 1 ⅓ oz / 40 ml The Lost Explorer Espadín
• 1 oz / 30 ml Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge or Orange Liqueur
• 1 oz / 30 ml Beet Juice
• ⅔ oz / 20 ml Fresh Lime Juice
• ¼ oz / 10 ml Agave Syrup
• 2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
• Optional: Shaved Dark Chocolate Rim
• Jigger and bar spoon
• Coupe glass
• Cocktail shaker and strainer

Method 

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
   
   
2. Shake and strain into a Coupe glass.
   
   
3. If you’re feeling decadent, garnish with shaved dark chocolate.
   
   
4. Make a wish!
